Admissions Policy*

I am aware the Austin University Extension requires students to hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification. The program serves the right to require proof of high school completion at any time. Austin university Extension students are not matriculated Austin University Extension students, and not all University Extension student privileges apply to Austin University Extension.

Drops and Refunds*

I have read the Drops and Refunds policy, and I understand that th $15 registration fee, as well as any applicable course materials fee, are not refundable unless is cancelled by the Austin University Extension program. I further understand that my tuition is fully refundable provided that I drop, in writing, prior to the course’s drop deadline.

Code of Conduct*

I have read the Student code of conduct and agree to abide by it. I understand that Austin University Extension has the right to withdraw me from a course and withhold tuition and fees if I do not abide by this code.

FERPA and Privacy Policy*

Austin University Extension’s privacy policy complies with Austin University Extension Student Record Privacy policy and FERPA. In accordance with thos policies, you have the right to prohibit the release of FERPA Directory information, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure.
